-TERMS OF USE-

Thank you for taking the time to review Country Patch Collections Terms of Use. Country Patch Collections graphics can be used by everyone, including commercial sites without any fee, provided that you agree to the following terms...

 Acceptable uses of Country Patch Collections (CPC) graphics:

• CPC's graphics (linkware and purchaseware) can be used, as is, to decorate your webpage's (they must be safe for family viewing) as long as you place a link back to CPC, www.countrypatchcollections.com, on every page a CPC graphic or background appears on.

• CPC's graphics (linkware and purchaseware) can also be used, as is, for scrapbooks, to create personal printout stationary, personal printout greeting cards, business cards, printout business stationary, and printout newsletters for school, church, or business. I cannot guarantee CPC's graphics will give you a superb printout result as I create all of the graphics in a web-ready .GIF format, so the edges will appear to have a prominent jagged edge appearance. If you should use any of CPC's graphics on any printouts, a visible copyright notice to Country Patch Collections on the printout would be appreciated. (Example: Artwork © www.countrypatchcollections.com.)

Unacceptable uses of Country Patch Collections (CPC) graphics:

• You may not copy or create derivative works from any of CPC's linkware or purchased graphics. To be more specific, you cannot create any graphics, web sets, backgrounds, awards, webring graphics, e-cards, banners, buttons, quilt squares, blinkies, logos, headers, dividers and so on from any of CPC's graphics or backgrounds. Nor can you add text to any of CPC's graphics. This rule applies to purchased graphic collections as well.

• You may not alter/modify the appearance of any CPC linkware or purchase ware graphic. You may use the graphics only as is. In other words: What you see, is what you get. The only exception to this term is for adding text to a blank button I provide or on the calling cards.

• You may not use any of CPC's linkware or purchased graphics as tubes or on any tube sites.

• You may not use any of CPC's graphics in emails such as Incredimail, OE stationary, mailing lists, or as sigtags.

• You may not include any of CPC's graphics in graphic/clip art collections of any kind. You cannot redistribute any of CPC's graphics on any site or on CD. Nor can you try to make a profit by selling any of CPC's graphics.

• You may not direct-link to any of CPC's graphics or backgrounds. Under no circumstances is this acceptable.  Everyone must save and store graphics to their own hard drive and host.

Last but not least...

• These Terms of Use applies to all of CPC's present and future graphics, including Linkware and purchased graphic collections. If you purchase a graphic collection, you are only purchasing the right to use the graphics as is, you are not purchasing the copyrights of the collection.

• If you are interested in using any of CPC's graphics on your products, please email me with your proposal and I will see what we can work out.

• If a site is found to be in violation of these terms of use, CPC reserves the right to ask for the removal of CPC's graphics at its own discretion.

Finally...
